Joe Jones uses his twelve years’ experience as a mixed-media designer to direct the agency’s creative work. He also works hands-on as an illustrator and animator. Joe is vocal and passionate about the sustainability and the impact of good design in delivering core messages.

Jo Jones combines a wealth of practical experience in marketing communications, with a keen sense of business strategy and organisational culture. She has an ability to quickly uncover and tackle the fundamental issues in any situation.

Giuseppe Castiglione assists in studio production of animation, illustration and web work. He is rapidly mastering HTML,CSS and a host of interaction technologies. As the youngest member of the team he also provides a fresh perspective, and a keen sense of fashion that some of the others do not possess, apparently

Alan Miller produces the soundtracks for all our animation work, and is an extremely talented musician, composer and performer. From cartoon sound effects to grand orchestral pieces, he has an astonishing ability to capture and create mood and atmosphere.

Adam Austin at The Better Web Company provides the heavy lifting when it comes to website development and ongoing SEO. He has a broad skillset and a huge amount of practical experience in building and tuning high-performance websites and web applications.
